I love the Dolomites. It has quickly become one of my favorite destinations in the world. Previously, we have stayed in Cortina but as a luxury travel advisor, I wanted and needed to check out the greater region. WOW, wow, wow. Ortisei is just magical, and it opens up accessibility to so many amazing hikes, rifugios, towns - what a fantastic location. Our stay at the Gardena Grodnerhof was PERFECT. I have a high standard especially for Virtuoso properties and they delivered on every level. The staff was incredible, extremely professional but so caring and warm. The rooms were perfectly appointed and generously sized in every category (we stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite which is dreamy for kids or couples traveling together!) and the spa is truly out of this world (seriously, better than any spa I've been to in the states, LOVED). They are embarking on a big renovation project that will be completed in the off season (opening back up in early December) and I cannot wait to see the additions, including a 3rd amazing restaurant! I will be recommending this piece of paradise to anyone who will listen, thank you to Alex, Simon and the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

This is an excellent hotel where both the service and food is exemplary. We are a family of five and stayed for a week during August. It is perfectly positioned, close to the mountain lifts and the town centre, and has an expansive spa. The hotel really deserves its ratings.

This hotel has incredible amenities, an ideal location (close to everything but not on top of it) and a wonderful breakfast. But what we were most grateful for was the level of service by the reception and concierge staff. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond.

Great 3 night stay at Gardena Grodnerfof. Every detail about this hotel is well thought out. Loved the hospitality by everyone. I highly recommend the half board option. It was delightful to get wide range of options as well as the buffet. Walking distance to gondolas to Seisler Alm and Seceda as well as the downtown Ortisei. There's a construction next door but since we were out during most of the days, it was not disruptive.

We stayed in an apartment in the new chalet area of the hotel which we can highly recommend. The luxurious suite had a splendid view of Ortisei. Breakfast was a great combination of international and local options. There was freshly pressed juices, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds for the health conscious. The spa facilities were fantastic with great indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The spa also had a fireplace to sit beside after a long, hard day of skiing. The sleek and luxurious Finnish spa offered a female only area. Also a cold plunge for those who dare. The staff were exceptional, at reception, the restaurant and the ski hire. Simon did a very good job at checking us in and making us feel welcome.

Very nice stay with impeccable service from the staff. large clean and comfortable rooms. Very good food in the hotel restaurant and excellent wines. Fantastic spa and nice gym and ski service and shuttle service faultless. Everyone had a nice genuine smile on their face which really had a positive impact on our stay.
